    He is very informative and punctual. We finished early, so he asked if we wanted to get dropped by at a mall near the hotel. He has some ice cold water for us after out long walk from the palace and every place we go to. We felt that we were well taken cared of.

    Arm (Rungnirun) is very friendly, even if his english is not that good, you can feel that he is trying his best for you to be able to understand him.
