Chenglong Wetlands is a unique mix of nature and art. The wetlands itself is a beautiful ecological site, with thriving water plants and many adorable water birds. What makes Chenglong Wetlands unique, however, is the annual Chenglong Wetlands International Environmental Art Project. Every year, local artists and students come together to produce art installations on the Wetlands, which visitors can admire all year round.

Dongshi Fishing Port has been an important fishing port since dynastic times. Today, the Dongshi Fisherman's Wharf continues to serve as a commercial port for fresh seafood, as well as a park for visitors to enjoy the peaceful ocean views. The wharf is also a popular place for families and children to relax and play.

Is it a shoe? Is it a building? It's actually both! This tall, blue, high heel shoe shaped building is actually a wedding church. It was built to remember the blackfoot disease outbreak in the Taiwan in the 1950s. Today, it is a popular site to visit for both couples and travellers alike.

The Jingzijiao Wapan Salt Fields are a popular place to visit to watch and learn about salt-making, as well as to admire breathtaking views. The vast fields of neatly arranged salt tiles, especially amidst a sunset, are an especially beautiful sight to behold.
